Not really. You can get a pretty good idea by going to the cruise line's booking page and pretend to book. If there is little or no availability, chances are the cruise is selling well. Of course, the accuracy of this method gets better as the sailing date gets closer.

I went to my booking page and found out for my cruise it is completely N/A (not available) Does this mean it is sold out or will they open spots as the cruise grows more near?

Since it is past the final payment date for your cruise, the possibilities of cabins opening up prior to sailing are pretty slim. Anyone cancelling now will pay a penalty for doing so (unless they have trip insurance).
