Document dance and the Upgrade Fairy!

I'm doing the document dance today as my documents have arrived! Woohoo! And...the upgrade fairy has arrived as well! We are sailing on the Victory on November 26th. Eleven months in advance, we booked a 1A inside guarantee,the lowest possible category. We have been upgraded to an outside 6A without any kind of obstructed view! Yea!

Congratulations on a great upgrade! We'll be two weeks behind you on the Victory. Like you, we booked a 1A guarantee around 11 months out, so I hope some of your luck will rub off on us. So far, the Carnival website shows us in a regular inside cabin, which would be fine, but an outside would be great. Enjoy yours!

Wow, that's great................It is so nice to hear about good things happening to other people. You are starting out on a great note! Enjoy and have a DOD for some of us poor souls that have to wait!

Wow that is great. When did you make your final payment. Have been told the later you make the final payment the more likely you are for an upgrade on a guarantee. Have not seen this but an interesting idea.

Kitty, thanks for your good wishes. Apparently the fairy was running a little low on the magic dust. We got upgraded from a 1A to a 4a in the extreme front of the ship. Oh, well.
