charged 2x for ovc

:mad: TA charged us twice for our Jan cruise to Hawaii, NCL removed the all but the OVC, they said talk to your TA? and NCL won't remove it.

WE don't even know what the OVC charge is.:confused: TA is always away and leave a message, but she never calls back.

We could sure use any and all help.

This is our first NCL cruise and it isn't starting off on the right foot.

Is this on your credit card? You really do need to talk with the TA if they work for a company there has to be an office manager. You can always dispute the charge with the cc company...This is NOT an NCL issue its YOUR TA.

 

BTW your sure its not OBC????

 

which is on board credit---that is why they won't remove it. Its a credit you will get while on Board.

Everybody needs to stop blaming NCL for their and the TA's mistakes. If you dispute any charges contact your credit card company now to dispute and remove the charges. :mad:

 

Your credit card company will then investigate. :)
