Does RCCL have changing tables in public restrooms?

Not sure about Explorer- but we just got of RCCL's newest ship, Freedom, and I can tell you they do NOT have changing tables in the public restrooms. My DH became an expert at changing our 1 year old on the toilet. Granted, these toilets are not like your normal public restrooms, they have full lids that come down to cover the bowl.

I imagine explorer is the same. Good luck. It was generally way to far a hike back to our room while at dinner, which seemed to be the only times we needed to use the public restrooms to change her.

Just off Adventure and none there either. Took Grandson into restroom at pool - he is 7 Months - luckily brought a changing mat with me - ending up using the floor with him on the mat. Never thought about the toilet lid however afraid he would have rolled off - his is wiggly now.
