Make sure that you give them your sailing date and ship. Also I would suggest that you wait until about four to five weeks prior to sailing to email them as the line up could change.

Average time for me has been one to two weeks. At times they have been quicker than others.

For asking and to cruisingator2 for the address. I have been meaning to ask this question and keep forgetting to. We will be on Rhapsody in 3 weeks and would love to know the entertainment lineup.

I have been successful in getting this information by writing to the Crown & Anchor department:

I emailed them this morning. When I got home this evening, I had an email with the entertainment list.
