Mariner - Cabin 1061

Has anyone stayed in this particular cabin or anything near it - it's in the aft of the ship and looks as if it's below the restaurant above. Has anyone experienced noise from above, etc? Feedback appreciated!!

We stayed in room 1058 on the Mariner to Alaska...we really had no problems with noise and liked the fact that we were just one staircase away from La Veranda and the pool etc. It was convenient and only once I heard chairs above us. Other than that...nothing. I say go for it!

We have stayed in 1052 and did notice noise above us but nothing we couldn't live with. We actually asked for a suite with a shower (we were in an 8 deck suite) since we are older and find getting in and out of the tub a little awkward, especially in rough seas and they bumped us up to the 1052 suite. I could hear chairs scraping or bumping at times. Hope this helps.
