Wheelchair Question at Port of Miami

I think we got the scooter rental situation worked out for my grandmother for our cruise next summer...but I am pretty sure she would need a wheelchair while at the port for the trip up the gangway and to our stateroom. Do we need to request this with Carnival beforehand, or can we just ask upon arrival at the port?

I don't know the Answer But you might want to ask the same Question In the Handicap Boards.

Or you Can call Carnival Direct and ask them.

You just need to ask when you get there. That is what we did for my mother this past May. It worked out really well as it is a long walk to board. Have fun on your cruise.
