fajitapita Posted July 17, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2004 Found something funny when I was at my parents' house this last week. I went on my first cruise in December of 1979 on the Song of Norway and was given an autograph book by the children's cruise directors (there were over 50 kids (wow! :) on board the week before Christmas). Anway, evidently I went all over the ship collecting autographs from various crew members- maitre'd, waiter, asst. waiter, singers/dancers, CD, the captain, and the Chief First Officer (think that was the title) who happened to be... Leif (I think that was the first name) Otto Bang! I assume it is the same person who is now captain on the Navigator? Back in the days of cruising when they actually gave everyone a passenger manifest that included home addresses! :)
