Leo's Family Posted November 8, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2006 Greetings. Our first post to the general forum, and my first cruise. We will be on RCCL Mariner next spring in two connecting Junior Suites on deck 10 and we were wondering where the connecting door is and -- therefore -- what we lose in the way of amenities in the room. I suspect its by the closet but that's just a guess. Thanks in advance!
cruizeblues Posted November 8, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2006 In the D1's, the door is on the wall opposite the foot of the bed--no amenities are lost from either cabin.
Leo's Family Posted November 8, 2006 Author #3 Share Posted November 8, 2006 cruizeblues -- Thanks for the quick response. That makes sense, and looking at the RCCL images of a Junior Suite on the Voyager-class ships I can see where there is room for a door next to the TV. Lightsluvr Posted November 11, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 11, 2006 The door is usually next to the sofa - between sofa and the TV cabinet. LL
Leo's Family Posted November 11, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted November 11, 2006 Thanks -- we got connecting junior suites to have plenty of room for us and our kids (at least relative to most ship accomodations. As this is the first cruise for most of us, we're very excited.
