I had been dealing with my travel agent by phone, in advance of our December cruise. Most everything is nailed down but I decided to drop by the agency office after my TA failed to return a call. He apologized then checked with Carnival about current promotions and knocked about $200.00 off our bill (for now). Sometimes, dealing with your travel agent face to face is the best way to go.
