Past VOS( Bayonne)debarkation ??

Recommended Posts

What time have you arrived at the turnpike exit for the VOS. And what time did you finally get on the ship? What is the routine if driving and parking there?

Also if not flying, did anyone get RCCL transfers from Newark airport if they took the train to the airport? Thanks:)

We arrived at the turnpike exit for Bayonne at approx 1:30.... got stuck in a traffic line at the port for about one hour. The ship had just returned from a Caribbean cruise. We looked at the Statue of Liberty web cam at 8am the ship was not in port. We looked again at 10am and we could see it in port. The problem with the traffic was that there were still a lot of passengers waiting for pick ups and transfers to the airports. There was no traffic line from the exit to the port. Once we got to the parking area, we wheeled our lugguge to the drop off point and were quickly on board. Those who we spoke to who arrived about 3pm had no traffic problems at all.
