Packing Question - POAm

We are leaving in a couple days and are getting our packing list together...

 

Should we pack our own beach towels? We have rental cars reserved for several days and plan on doing a lot of snorkeling.

 

Any other items that you found helpful that we might not think about?

Hi Mark. We just sailed PoAM last week. You do not need to bring your own towels. You can sign them out when you get off the ship for the day and return them that evening. Any other questions, just let me know.

I would suggest that you bring your own shampoo and conditioner. I personally do not like the shampoo that is in a "push to receive" container in the shower. (The soap is too, but I'm not that picky about mine.) If you are picky, then I would suggest you bring that too.

I would bring a power strip. There is usually only one plug in cabins and a power strip has always came in handy. I also always pack a supply of different sizes of zip-loc bags. They come in handy for a number of items!

Thanks for the info. We are scheduled for the PoAm in July (may change it to May '07).

 

One other thing that we have found useful on cruises is a small bottle of Woolite to rinse swimsuits and anything else during the voyage.
