zoiebear Posted November 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2006 I requested a reservation online yesterday and got a confirmation email that I sent the reservation request, but it does not really look like an actual confirmation that we will get on the tour, it states no specifics, just looks like an automatic reply type of thing. IS this our confirmation or will we get something else?? Anyone else do this online?? Should we call?? Our trip is in January, so want to make sure we get on the tour! Thanks! jmo1 Posted November 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2006 If I recall correctly, when I booked on-line a couple of months ago, I received an immediate message that the request was submitted. I believe I received a confirmation the next day that gave simple instructions with check-in time and place. We had our reservation when we showed up on the day of the tour. Drybridge170 Posted November 14, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 14, 2006 Yes, that is what happened when I booked our reservations too! You get an automatic reply that says they received your request, and then a couple of days later I got an actual email with all of the details! Have a great time! misterchatter Posted November 14, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2006 We just booked with Captain Marvin for Janaury also. You will get a second email with the time of the tour. We could not make the time he quoted, so wrote another email to him requesting a different time. He changed the time that fitted our schedule.
