Calling from the Netherlands

The couple that we are traveling with will need to make a payment on their cruise. I booked two cabins with my credit card. They can't make 1-800 calls from the Netherlands. Is there a phone number that isn't 1-800 or toll free, so they can speak with someone and make a payment?

Thanks yst347 for the information in Holland. However, I'm a little worried with them paying the bill in Holland. I'm in the U.S. and the reservations are in my name. I was looking for a phone number that isn't toll free in the U.S.
I know I have to give her my code too access the reservation. Just trying to see if we can get money into the account without her having to send a wire transfer to me.

Are you using a PVP?
I would call them and ask for the number, or even ask the PVP if they would be willing to call them directly. I am one who found the customer support from my PVP to be above average.
Just a thought...
