Promanade cabin 7309 on Voyager

Son persuaded me to go for a promanade cabin on Voyager next year. Can anyone let me know the pros and cons of booking one of these cabins? I had thought this time we would go balcony but as we are Mum and adult son who travel together, he thinks we would not make the most of the balcony especially as we are in the Med at the end of October (half-term holiday). We have really not used our cabin much except to change & sleep, but did love our superior inside cabin on Splendour this October.
