Mexican Riviera February Weather

I will be cruising the Mexican Riviera at the beginning of February 2007. I have not been there before and I am wondering what to expect with the weather. Hot or cool? Rain or dry? I am one of those clothing packers who needs to make lots of lists and I tend to pack more than I need. Any advise would be appreciated.

If you are leaving out of LA, the first day and last day of the cruise will be kind of chilly. 2 years ago when we did this trip in March everyone was walking around in warm up suits and sweatshirts, so be prepared. 2nd day once you pass Cabo it will warm up a lot and everyone will be out by the pool, so think summer temps.
