Cabin Help Please - caribe or dolphin

KAWS

Recommended Posts

We're booked on the Crown Princess and presently have C702 on the Caribe deck which is towards the aft but on the side. I saw tonight that there is D734 on the Dolphin deck which is at the VERY back of the ship looking backwards.

Question: I know the balconies are larger on both, with the Dolphin's being even larger than the Caribe's, but which is the better location?

Thanks in advance everyone. Since there's only this one left on the Dolphin in this category, if I'm going to change I'll need to do this straight away so anyone in the know, please let me know!

remember you'll be in the very back of the ship. ...

Does that mean that this would be a less desirable location then? I had always thought the furthest aft cabins were desired locations? The cabin that's on the Caribe (the one we're presently in) is near the aft stairs so it's not all that far away but it's on the side, and this Dolphin one is directly on the back. Oh this is so confusing to me!

I have only cruised once and that was an inside cabin so I really have no idea about location or anything else for that matter. The only things I've learned are what I've read here.

Either one of those cabins will be very good. As far as aft cabins on the back of the ship, not everyone has the same opinion. I personally like the cabins in the back. It feels more private and I love sitting out on my balcony. I also enjoy any balcony cabin towards the aft. You will enjoy either one. I should also say that I use my balcony a lot when I cruise so maybe that makes a difference.
