Craigster-diver Posted November 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2006 G'day, eh ? We're on the Westerdam Dec 17 sailing to the western Caribbean. My 9 y/o DS and 11 y/o DD want to try SNUBA (not SCUBA...!!). Anyone with any advice / opinion / experience with the ship-board SNUBA excursions in either Costa Maya or Grand Turk ?? Both kids are comfortable in water, love to snorkel in the pool, and don't have any phobia's (that I'm aware of). I'm a retired PADI MSDT, so being in the water isn't a problem at all for me....but....I'll have to keep an eye on 2 kids. Appreciate any input.....we can SNUBA in both CM or GT, and we'll likely do the "glass bottom kayak" excursion in which-ever port we don't SNUBA. (anyone have advice re: where to glass-bottom kayak ??) Thanks all !! Craig
