Just returned from a fantastic cruise. Great weather, great food etc. I was wondering if anyone has the email address for the hotel manager of the Zuiderdam, Mark Pells. He was very very kind to us and I would like to send him a thank you.

Thank you so much, I will try that address. He was such a nice and thoughtful young man and worked so hard. I saw him in the bar one night with a very attractive brunette, maybe his wife or girlfriend and they looked like they were having a great time, laughing and snuggling (Nov 11 - 18). Nice to see he has a bit of a personal life.

I don't have the email address you are looking for but I do have a suggestion for you. Why not write to the CEO of HAL and let him know how pleased you were with your cruise and specifically, Mark Pells.
