Just got back from Orient beach

How long did it take to get to the beach? Also, do the taxi's and van's all unload in the same area of the beach? If so, where is that. We're meeting up with some people who are renting a villa and we want to meet up on the beach. Thanks very much.

I would suggest your friends renting the villa tell you where the cab should drop your party off and then in turn you tell the cabbie where to go for the drop.

They arrive on1/13 and we'll be there 1/14, so they're not really sure where the villa is. That said, I've found a great map of the beach and I think they are probably down by Club Orient.

If they are staying down near Club O, then the cab should drop you off at Pedros.

Pedros, a beach shack restaurant, is a well known landmark where the cabs wait for fares to return to the ship or go other places on the island. Everybody knows where it is; it also separates Club O from the other parts of the beach.
