Can't make final pymt online

;) I tried to make our final payment online. It gave an error code 1502 agent not recognized. I made the reservation with a carnival PVP and he said I could pay online. Anyone have any idea what my problem is (ok we could spend all day on what my problems are, but I mean this one in particular:D ) thanks ya'll

Just call your PVP and make your final payment with them. This is also a good time to ask them if the price has went down any and you may be able to get it cheaper. Has worked our last two cruises.

I tried this too and it didn't work either. My PVP told me I could only pay on line if I booked on line. She had no problem taking my money!

I had this same problem. I think it's the way Carnival has it's payment system setup. I made several payments online, up to the last hundred dollars. After that I had to call my PVP to make the final payment.

:) thanks, I too just had to call my PVP. Guess it's a chance for them to up sell excursions and other things.
