anyone having trouble ordering bar setup on the Dream?

For the Jewel I emailed passengercourtesyJewel@ncl.com and received a response almost immediately. Got nowhere thru the phone!! Probably you could just substitute Dream for jewel and get help. Hope this helps!

Have you tried shipcoordinatordream@ncl.com? That's another email address that someone suggested to me.

I was also getting my message returned yesterday; however, it went through today and I have already received my response. You may want to try again!!:cool:
