Zydecocruisers' self walking tour

I tried searching for the walking tour of the Bahamas posted by zydeocruiser, but I cannot find. Can anyone help me with this. We leave on Wednesday and I am trying to print out an itinerary of where we can walk to in both Freeport and Nassa
