Question on 4-day Fascinaton

When does the ship stop at Key West? On the Carnival website it shows

Mon - leave Miami

Tue - Day At Sea

Wed - Cozumel

Thur - Day at Sea

Fri - Arrive Miami

Any suggestions on what to do in Key West would be appreciated too. Thanks.

According to the schedule on Priceline for a 4 day on the Fascination, Key West is day 2.

Hi, I just returned from the 4 day on Fascination. Check with Carnival, some of the Fascinations sailings have dropped Key West, it depends on your sailing date. Key West was too much too see in the short time provided, however, I don't know that there was much to see/do besides shop anyway.

 

If you don't want to do alot of shopping, take either the train or tram tour, have a drink and eat a fritter, than get back on the ship.

I believe that the pier construction will be finished by October and will reopen for ships to start docking there once again. Until then, the Fascination will spend more time in Cozumel and skip the Keys.

We're not sailing till March so we will probably be stopping in the Keys by then. I wish they wouldn't shorten the time in Cozumel though.

Question for anyone who has been to the Keys...how far from port is Margaritaville?

Just took that cruise in March. We did the catamaran snorkel out to Sand Key. It was a lot of fun, and still left some time to explore Key West.

It is on Duval St. just a few blocks down from where the shuttle drops you off, I think.
