Dawn Refunds

Does anyone how and when the refunds will be paid to the passengers on the 11/19/06 cruise on the Dawn? Also, will they be issuing a voucher for the 25%

allowance on a future cruise?

The refund for everything but any insurance paid will be credited to the card originally used to pay for the trip. My TA said it could take 1 to 2 billing cycles.

 

I think with the 25% off you just mention it at time of booking. On the ship they were applying it as people were booking with cruise rewards.

I was told 1-2 billing cycles also or if you like 30-60 days.

I did notice that my OBA was immediately charged to my credit card.

I also Wrote to NCL. Lets see if they even bother to reply.

I called NCL last Tuesday about the refund and was told that it would be 4-6 weeks from then, per accounting. The 25% is credited to your lattitudes number based on what your fare was on the 11/19 cruise. This I know is fact because we booked a cruise for Feb and that's how they worked it. I booked onboard and then someone from NCL contacted me about what the final fare would be. I didn't make final payment until this past Friday becuase it took them awhile to get all the credits sorted out. Hope that helps.
