Anybody else concerned about all the complaints about service, embarking,VIRUSES. RCL doing anything about it. I have tired to contact RCl

several times via e-mail and no response. I have called and can't get through.

Read the thread by Kotzer/Tracy on this site. She is on this week and is explaining what they are doing and she is a really a hoot to hear how she puts it. We are booked the week before you and this being our 16th cruise, we are not concerned in the least. Think of the saying of lightning doesn't ever strike twice in the same place and be thankful it occured a month before you cruise.

i wouldnt worry...it will probably be cleaner than ever, with less of a chance to get norovirus...I am also on Jan 14th Freedom cruise...you should join the roll call...how many are you traveling with? age group?
