Does anybody know the hours of operation for the Sushi Bar on Century. We've booked early seating dinner, but I'm thinking maybe we should switch to late so we can take advantage of the Sushi Bar?

The sushi bar is open from 5 pm (or 6 pm?) to 10 pm. We always eat late and enjoy a bit of sushi before dinner.

I was on Century last week, and the Sushi bar is open from 5pm - 10pm. I hope that helps. Enjoy your Cruise !

Is this the same for Mercury... they are the same class of ship??

Same on Mercury when we sailed in September.

Great! I love an early evening sushi to tide me over until late dinner.

 

My only point of reference is Carnival... there they had a nice selection, but mostly vegetarian. Does Celebrity offer more "real" sushi... ahi, yellowtail, unagi... not just California roll. What is Japanese about a "California roll", anyway? I should not say that, because if it weren't for the veggie sushi, DW would not eat it!!
