I tried to logon to Princess site today

I have tried several time to logon to my Princess Captain Circle account and said my username was not recognized. Anyone else have this issue?

I just logged on, no problems.

I guess I will have to call Princess tomorrow, just tried again and got the same message:

 

Your email address, or password cannot be found. Please verify your name and password and try again. To request for your password via email, click Forgot Your Password below.

I've have had the same problem with my logon. My husbands works fine, but I can't get into mine! Guess I'll have to call Princess also.

hi they may be working on their site or parts of it,which might explain why you cant log on and some can,but id call anyway just incase its something they arent aware of,hope its fixed soon for you:))):rolleyes:
