Upgrades available at Pier ?

Just wondering if its possible to upgrade at the Pier? My travel agent booked us under group rates so she isnt able to change our rooms.

Highly unlikely. Most cruises are sailing full. Never hurts to ask though.:)

You might want to do a search on "upgrade", but in my time watching these boards I have never heard of anyone getting one at the pier. Some get upsells, but that goes through your TA. There are way too many message threads talking about upsells if you want to read them.

We've gotten upsells booking directly through NCL.

 

Never seen upgrade/upsells at the pier.
