zaandam_2 Posted December 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 12, 2006 carnival's policy is to allow cancellations without penalty until final payment is made. assuming you mean new years eve 2006, you're inside the penalty period, so it's going to cost you. your TA may charge a penalty also. did you buy insurance? hopefully you can get a in touch with your TA soon, as they are the ones who can tell you exactly.
