Misssing cruise docs

It is now just under a month til my cruise and have not got my docs and a couple we are traveling with got thiers last week. Any one know when I should start to panic and call my PVP.

You can call anytime.. they will give you a date they were mailed or printed I can't remember which.. then you can gage the time they should arrive.

Your friends got theirs already - but yours might not arrive until a week or so before the cruise date. You never know. Call your PVP and ask if they've been sent.

I was always curious as to how double posts happened - now I know. Sorry for the double post!!!

Anywhere from 2 days to 40 days I have seen.. usually around the 30 day mark..

 

As for double posts.. when you get the blank screen and you try and refresh.. and it says retry or cancel.. cancel hit the back button til you get to the original screen you went to post on.. then refresh the screen no double post:)

No need to panic, many of us have boarded without any docs when we arrived at the dock. As long as you're on the manifest and have proper ID's you will be boarded.

 

When the docs arrive falls in the same mystery box as how the upgrade fairy decides who gets upgraded. Nobody knows.
