I was across the hall in E706 in June...and found it to be very obstructed. There was a huge cabinet like thing smack dab in front of the window. If I recall...it was a station for the crew to assemble for their lift rafts. While I could tell if it was day or night...I've decided it's either an inside or a balcony...nothing in between.

Although I'm not happy with that info.
