Isn't it interesting that people in general can't wait to share stories of bad service, but we rarely hear the many positive experiences that people have every day? :)

Thank you for posting a positive experience. It is great to hear when something goes well. Even if good customer service is expected, it is still nice to hear when something does goes well.

another call. Handle flawlessly,,,,,I am on a roll....and got emailed confirmation.....:) but they also assigned me a room from a guarantee...its ok at least its amidships :)
