Question about sailing from New York

I'm traveling in a group of about 100 people all from Michigan on the Spirit Mar 24 2007. I was wondering how many days into the trip before its good n hot and they open the pool on an 8 day southern carribean cruise. its cold here and cant wait much longer for warm weather.

The afternoon of the 2nd full at-sea day should be good & hot. It was when we left in February last year. Enjoy!

The first sea day may be too cool to swim, but the 2nd sea day will be nice and warm. On the way back I was able to lay out by the pool until about 2pm or 3pm on our last sea day on both of my cruises on the Dawn.

Did the Dawn last March (mid-late March) -- there were people in the hot tubs the very first day/night! The pool opened the afternoon of the first full day out -- it was 70's and lovely. Coming home we had wretched weather from the Bahamas all the way home. 15' waves, on and off rain and cool -- so you never know, but I'll be rooting for you!:)
