Request Specific Dining Room Waiter??

Hello,

We just got back from a cruise on the Magic Nov 11th and are booked again in Feb. We absolutely LOVED our waiter and assistant waiter. Has anyone tried to request a specific waiter on a repeat cruise and has it worked??

We were on the same cruise! Loved the two visits to Castaway Cay.

We have requested specific servers before but never got them. They were on vacation. I have heard of others who did get their request, so it is worth trying!!

We requested it on our last cruise and wound up getting assigned to that server's rotation, but to a different station w/ a different server. :confused:

I did this numerous times on RCI and ended up marrying the waiter! When you board there will be a time when you change seatings usually around 2pm check the navigator for this. If he/she is onbaord they will try to accomoadate you for this. The waiters do six months contracts and are off for 6-8 weeks.
