Solved 1 NCL web site problem but now I have another!!

After spending 25 minutes on hold I found out many people with AOL cannot get to the place to book on line I was told to use Internet Explorer so I did and it worked. My next problem is one room has a father and son with same first name and when I put it in it comes up as only 2 people in room not 3. I tried Jr but it won't let me do it. Also I tried to book shore excursions but when I click the field saying pick a tour it just says pick a tour again. Is it too soon to book excursions for the April 1st cruise on the Spirit????

I am totally confused. Am I missing something??

I cannot book a cruise on the NCL site yet (tells me to call to book) but I can access my pre-cruise registration forms. Are people able to book online or are you talking about filling out online pre-cruise registration?:confused:
