Spa on Conquest

My husband and I set sail on our 4th Carnival Cruise in less than 2 weeks. We've never checked out the spa on our other cruises but this time we're going without kids and thought a couples massage might be fun. Does anyone out there have an opinion about the Conquest Spa? Thanks!

The friends we traveled with did the couples massage- they said it was great. I did a treatment in the spa. I wish that I would have just skipped it and took advantage of the sauna, steam room etc.... Maybe had my hair done.....something that could have been documented in pictures! If you decide to do something---do it on a port day- you can book as early as 8am and then still get off the ship.

On the Carnival deck plans it appears that the sauna/steam rooms are on the small side. Can someone give me there discription of this area? Are the showers nice? We always enjoy relaxing in there and getting our showers before getting ready for dinner! No fighting over shower space in the cabin!
