For anyone who was on the Serenade the last of December were you allowed to board the ship at around 11:30?

We had planed on going straight to the ship to check in and get rid of our luggage as soon as our plane lands...around 10:30- 11:00 in the morning. Hope they allow this.

Is there anyone out there that can let us know about boarding time?

Unless there is a delay from the previous cruise, then they usually start boarding at 11:30am.

We got our tickets yesterday (sail on 10 Feb) and it says not to board before 2pm. I'm assuming that means that our cabins won't be ready before then. We want to board by 12pm and dump our luggage, have a bite to eat in Windjammer then get off the ship and explore Old San Juan for the afternoon.

They generally open up the rooms about 1pm. They say 2pm for boarding for all ships, but unless there is a delay with the previous cruise they usually start boarding around 11:30. If you arrive at the pier that early, you would be able to check in your luggage. You'd just have to keep your hand luggage with you, either until your room was ready or while you toured.

So, I could go to the ship, drop my stuff, and then get off the ship again? I didn't know that. Pretty cool. What's the latest time you should get back on? Just in time for dinner?

You have to be back onboard the ship before the muster drill which is usually around 8pm, so you should plan on being back onboard by around 7:30.
