fishing start time

I am going to book a deep sea fishing excursion with Cozumel Charters. We are arriving on the Carnival Glory at 10 a.m. I have to pick the start time of the fishing excursion but am not sure what a realistic time will be to get off the ship and arrive at the marina (must take a taxi ride).

Anyone with experience have advice?

Since you are already booked I'll tell you the company you booked with deals with cruise passengers daily. They watch your cruise schedules about as much as you do when in Cozumel Port.

Book your charter about 1 hour after your ship arrival, or 11am and simply let them know what ship you are on. They have NEVER left the marina without their fishing clients since they are not shared charters; only private charters.
