what is the best night on a seven day cruise to eat at Sabatinis?

If you are on the Caribbean Princess and the schedule is the same as our recent cruise, I would say Tuesday (the second sea day) as this was the evening the dining room served the "Caribbean" menu. In my opinion, this was the worst selection of meals any night - and you will not be missing anything if you skip it.
