Last Minute Cruise to Book REALLY really need help?

Somehow, I got stuck doing this for a friend. (just so you guys know I am booked on Millie this august and have been for a long time, and looking forward to it)
Anyhow, I need a cruise for either next weekend July 31 or Aug 1, or to leave the following weekend Aug 7 or 8........proably on one of the Voyager class ships. My girlfriend has 3 kids, so she will need an inside for the two guys....one is 20 and the other 16. A balcony.or something for her and her husband and 10 year old daughter. Who should I contact, who handles last minute bookings like that..............of course, if there are any cabins available to start with. Your best bet is to call the line dirrectly. I have tried to access those dates and they are coming up invalid. She will probably have to handle her own airfare as well. Good Luck
