Does anyone have the # of formal, informal, casual nights on a 14 day cruise?

It may vary from ship or itenerary or maybe even whim!!

For our Hawaii 15 day cruise it was published.

3=formal

4=informal

7=casual

It ended up being 3 informal and 8 caususal.

I wore for that 8th casua, a black halter dress with no hose and flat sandles. (I tried to pass off a cocktail dress as a sundress).

So, either over pack or repeat, it seams as if this is not a hard and fast rule.

It's Carol and Al (from NJ) from last years Constellation cruise. We almost took the 14 day Panama Canal this year but we are expecting a new grand daughter this month and I plan to help out. Hope all is well with you. We had such a good time last year on the Connie. Have heard from a few of the other cruisers.

Enjoy your cruise and hope to meet up again one day!

So glad you said hi. Congrats on the new arrival coming, that is soo exciting.

Our eldest was married this October, so it will be awhile before we have any additions. It certainly would have been nice to have seen you on this cruise. I enjoyed our get togethers on the balcony so much that this time we booked an aft cabin. Give my best to your Al

The Dec. 8 Mercury canal transit had (for 15 days)

5 informal

4 formal

and the rest casual.

this was one more each formal and informal than is listed on the Celebrity web-site for a cruise of that length. I know the extra informal (on the day we went through the canal) caught everyone by surprise.
