A NICE BEACH .../WITH A OPEN BAR OR ALL INCLUSIVE

Such a combination is not Grand Cayman.

There is an All-Inclusive resort on the island, but it fronts the sea at very rough ironshore.

There are several beachfront establishments, but not an open bar setup.

Alcohol is VERY heavily taxed (via an import duty) in Cayman, and thus on-island drinks are quite expensive. However, you can purchase alcohol duty free for delivery to your ship.
