Help with Beaches and Infant

I've read and read and read and here's what I've narrowed it down to: Hoping I can get some help on this from those who've done it! I'm sure ALL of these beaches are wonderful - I'e only been to Coz to go diving, but now that I"m pregnant and have a baby, we're going to snorkel.

Wish List:

  • We'll (DH, 14 mo baby and I) will be in Coz on Fri Jan 26th.
  • We would like to be on a nice sandy (for the baby) beach
  • Access to good offshore snorkeling on the same beach (so one of us can watch her while the other goes off to snorkel and we'll bring our own gear)
  • Good food at decent prices (stalls or restauarants - no matter)
  • Lounges/umbrellas would be nice too
  • Pool if available is nice - can baby go in it with Swimmies? But we're really there for the beach
  • Not a huge crowd (huge as in 5 cruise ships worth of people)

Beach choices:

1. Playa San Francisco

2. Playa Nachi Cocum

3. Playa Uvas

Paradise Beach sounds lovely too, but I can picture a more crowded scene - while we don't mind people so much, we'd just like to experience less of a crowd while on vacation...sorry if that sounds rude!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sue
