Do not use National/Alamo @ South Beach Location

I'm highly recommending NOT to use the National/Alamo South Beach location for your car rental needs. I left Voyager of the Seas on 1/20/07 and it was the biggest nightmare of my life.

 

I did see a lot of Thrifty and Dollar shuttle buses, I can't vouch for the service, but the volume of available buses is a big plus in my book now.

I think you should give us more information on why you recommend not using them. That is the purpose of this forum. Is it that you had to wait too long for a shuttle? :confused:

I called Dollar and they said NO SHUTTLE service for the port of miami, but you are saying you saw shuttles there?
