Looking to hire a boat and captain for the day

Has anyone used a boat (power or catamaran) charter for the day? We have done this several times in St. Thomas and Tortola and find this is the way to go when you have 4 or more people. Generally around 40 ft.

 

The captain knows where to go to boat, snorkel, and beautiful beaches. And best of all, they get us away from the crowds. We find it the best excursion we have ever taken in both of those ports. Would love to do it again on our Western route in May. Felt like Grand Cayman may be the best to do this but also going to Ocho Rios and Cozumel.
