LiLBxQt Posted January 25, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2007 Right now for 5/20, 5/27 the lowest fare I can find on any airline is $280. Is this considered low from most flights to PR or is it average... I'm starting to think that this is the lowest it will go... Any advice is greatly appreciated!! JJPNYC Posted January 25, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2007 From where? Looks like NYC from your location tag but need to clarify your origin before we can ascertain what a good rate is as it is dependent on the route.

It's a bit difficult to determine if the cost is good without knowing your origin city. A good way to determine if the cost is good or not is to ask yourself if you're comfortable paying that price. If the answer is "yes", then it's a good price. Enjoy your cruise, -bb123
LiLBxQt Posted January 25, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted January 25, 2007 i'm from NYC and a college student which means alot of prices are unreasonable and i'm not comfortable with them HAHAHA But i can learn to deal i suppose if it means going on a cruise =P
JJPNYC Posted January 26, 2007 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2007 According to farecast.com, the ranges are in the $260-$300 range. The lowest fare in a bigger window is about $250. So with that the $280 you've found looks to be in a good window and a fare that I'd book right now. You mentioned that you go to school in the Bronx? Which school (I went to Fordham). 2boyzmom Posted January 31, 2007 #8 Share Posted January 31, 2007 Got $99.00 each way out of Newark but I booked almost a year in advance. Continental is the only airline that opens their seats a year in advance!
