Priceline accepted our bid for $122.00 on a Sunday night in Febuary for our pre-cruise stay!! I called the Hyatt to request a non-smoking room and for 2 beds since our kids are coming with, ages 8 and 11. They said that they would put the request in but can't guarantee that we will get that, I also asked if we could get a water front view, they said I would have to pay more for that when we check in, if one is avalible. What are my chances that I will get what I am aking for, the 2 bed request is the most important since there is 4 of us!

It depends on how booked the hotel is. I just went to their website and plugged in a request for a room with 2 beds for various Sundays - on one Sunday, there are no rooms with 2 beds available, only rooms with kings. (I think it was Feb. 18).

Go directly to their website and plug in your actual dates and see what they have.

Unfortunately, when you go with Priceline like this, you don't always have a choice in something you normally would had you booked another way.

We have used Priceline before for Hyatt Hotels and are a Gold Passport member, each time we were able to get the room requested. Go to Hyatt.com and register for the Gold passport, when you get the number contact the hotel or: concierge@hyatt.com.

This is the reply I got from them for our upcoming stay:

Thank you for your message to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. I appreciate

the opportunity to assist you.

Please be assured that you have selected a fantastic Hyatt property

and I am confident you will be very pleased with your accommodations.

I have added your requests for a non smoking room with two double

beds on a high floor. Please let me know if I may assist you

further. Thank you for choosing Hyatt.

This was the reply I got from the Hyatt Customer Service.

Enjoy your stay!
