LOS - What Shore Excursions for us??

We are going on Legend of the Seas in a few weeks for the Western with stops in Georgetown, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya, Mexico, Cozumel, Mexico, and Belize City, Belize. We are travelling with our 6yr old and 3yr old. What shore excursions would be a good fit for us that they would be able to go on and enjoy? Thanks!
