Book Online or Call Directly?

I have received email offers from a major online cruise company, and then called RCCL directly and asked if they could match the "hot deal" they offered. The RCCL rep then asked me what the "code" number was (the one that is in the upper right hand corner of the screen). After holding for a short time while she searched the code (or offer) number, she matched the price, which was only 399.00 pp

It's really personal preference. You can always book online, and then talk to an agent over the phone to see if there are other cabins available within your category. I always do this if the website shows at least 5 or 6 rooms available. That's my cue that there are probably a lot more than that....for whatever reason, the website only shows a select few.
